The main home features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 1 half bath, along with a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing family meals or entertaining guests. For added privacy and flexibility, there's a separate mother-in-law suite attached to the house, complete with its own bedroom, bathroom, and a kitchenette featuring a coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge—ideal for guests who prefer a bit more independence. Outside, enjoy your private pool and jacuzzi, or unwind by the canal with direct access to the ocean—perfect for boating, kayaking, or simply enjoying the view. As well as a fully fun functionable outdoor kitchen as well a full bath. Additional amenities include laundry rooms on both the first and second floors, making longer stays even more convenient. The mother-in-law suite is attached to the main home and includes a private entrance, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette with a coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge (note: no stove). Enjoy a private swimming pool and jacuzzi exclusively for guest use—perfect for relaxing any time of day. The property offers canal access with direct connection to the ocean—great for kayaking or bringing your own small boat. Just steps from the beach—a quick and easy walk with no driving required. We provide complimentary beach gear, including chairs, umbrellas, and a beach cart to make your beach days effortless. NEW -Kayaks are available for guest use during your stay (located by Pool). Pet-friendly—well-behaved dogs are welcome (please check the pet policy and fee before booking). Two laundry rooms—one on the first floor and one on the second—for convenience, especially during longer stays. High-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs throughout the house for work and entertainment. dditional Rules No parties or events allowed. This home is intended for families and groups seeking a relaxing stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect neighbors and community standards. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance. No smoking or vaping indoors. You may smoke in designated outdoor areas—please dispose of waste properly. Pets must be approved in advance and stay off furniture and beds. A pet fee applies. Please clean up after your pet. Pool and Jacuzzi hours: 7 AM – 10 PM. No glassware near the pool for safety. Children must be supervised around the pool, jacuzzi, and canal at all times. Do not tamper with security or Wi-Fi equipment. These are in place for your safety and convenience. Please leave the home in good condition. Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair fees. Check-out is by 10:00am unless previously arranged. Late checkouts without approval may result in a fee.
