Beach cottage on Anna Maria Island. This unique living space can house up to 4 guest providing 1 queen size bed and 2 bunk beds. It's designed to provide privacy for the guest even in a cozy space. Only a few steps from the beach you can e on the soft Anna Maria sand within 5 minutes. The main house will not be used while the cottage is rented so feel free to enjoy the Olympic sized pool as well as the boat dock with lift. Get all the amenities this house has to offer at an affordable price.
Good to know
You are welcome to use the grill and kitchen outside! Please make sure to cover it in foil as to not damage it. Also the kitchen is to be left clean and free of grease as this could cause them to get damaged. If you would like the cleaning crew to take care of it after your stay just let us know and it will be an additional $35.

The north point of Anna Maria island where this home is located in full of residents and guests just as yourself who are there to enjoy a peaceful beach vacation. Just as anyone who lives steps from the beach everyone is very nice and friendly.

Most islanders get around by either of 3 ways; walking, biking, or golf carts. Since the island is fairly small you can get from one point to the other in about 20 minutes on a bike. We recommend you rent a golf cart from one of the available vendors on the island to avoid traffic.
